Strength · Breath · Flow · Endurance

Built for bodies that breathe, lift, run, and hold pressure.

SurgeX is a kettlebell-led Strength + Flow system. It exists for people who want to move better, get stronger, breathe properly under load, and carry that into running, sport, and real life — not just look trained.

This is not random fitness content. It is a structured method built around four things: strength, breath, flow, and endurance carryover. In that order. Every time.

The Mission

To build a system that teaches people to move properly, breathe under pressure, build real-world strength, and carry it into everything else they do.

What we stand for

— programme overview

01

Foundation before everything

Most people want to skip to advanced movements before they can hinge, squat, press, carry, brace, and breathe properly. We do not let that happen. Foundation comes first. Always.

02

Strength is structural

We build strength through kettlebell patterns that teach your body how to hold position, generate force, and stay controlled under load. Not just bigger muscles. A stronger system.

03

Breath is the regulator

You cannot perform under pressure if you cannot breathe under it. Breathwork is built into every SurgeX session — not as a bonus, as a requirement.

04

Flow connects it all

Mobility, coordination, rhythm, rotation. Flow is not stretching after a workout. It is how the body moves between positions, transitions under load, and stays athletic over time.

05

Training should carry over

If your training does not make you better at running, sport, lifting things, or staying upright under fatigue — what is it for? SurgeX is built for carry over. That is the whole point.

06

Small and intentional

Classes capped at 15. Coaching clients kept small. No mass marketing. No fake transformations. A real system, done properly, for people who are serious about it.
