Build strength you can actually use
Most people train harder before they learn how to move properly. They chase advanced flows, heavy lifts, and endurance goals without building the basics first: hinge, squat, press, carry, brace, breathe, rotate, recover.
SurgeX starts with Foundation first, then builds towards Strength + Flow.
Foundation first, then Strength + Flow.
